Banana Berry Blast Smoothie

Serves 4


Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 1/2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen

2 bananas

1 cup guava juice

1 cup ice

Tip: For a thicker smoothie, use less ice. 


Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
