• Where are you located?

  We have four main medical centers - Kapiolani, Pali Momi and Straub on Oahu, and Wilcox on Kauai. We also have many clinics located throughout the state.

• Do I need to get a referral from a PCP?

  Depending upon your insurance carrier, you may or may not need a referral from your primary care physician. Please check with your primary care physician or your insurance company to find out if you need a referral. If you need assistance, please contact us.

• What kinds of treatments are available?

  We treat a variety of conditions for infants and toddlers all the way through to adults.  See a full list of the services we can provide.

• Can I get a second opinion?

• How do I know if I'm eligible for the Ornish Lifestyle Program?
