This was the absolute worst appointment and the worst staff ever. I've been going to this clinic for about 9 years and have absolutely regretted it. I will be pulling my children out of here and will never ever go back. I'd rather take my children to a better hospital and regular appointments. The person who called us in to the room and to take the vitals was a complete disgrace to the medical field. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and had a horrible attitude. First off she said my kids names wrong then when I corrected her, she didn't even apologize she just gave attitude. The entire experience was a complete joke and I am disgusted by this place
Other than that it took awhile to see doc, I notice it was a bit backed up and staff was reasonable. However, I want to express my many thanks to all the staff and Pediatricians for your amazing effort to care and look after my kid. Thank you for your professionalism and being so kid friendly. Appreciate all of your help and aloha! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
Waited way, way too long to be seen, very difficult with a newborn.
friendly and also willing to do anything for you if you need help with anything.

Excellent
Love the doctors here at kapiolani medical center for women and children.
Dr she is not really concern about my son health issue! That's was bad experience
I got there on time for my appointment but I was not seen till 2 hours later
I have not come up any issues.
My questions were addressed and provider was so nice.
We waited an hour past our appointment time before we were seen by a resident. It was another 45min after that before we were seen by the doctor. Our time was not respected at all.
Excellent
this was a follow up visit, and it took way longer than necessary. I get that its a teaching hospital, however, meeting with the resident and then with the physician took way too much time. One is getting history then the other comes in and asks the same questions. but really none of them did anything. not even sure why we needed to make a follow up appt.
