COVID-19 Virtual Clinic

Do you have signs and symptoms of COVID-19? Our COVID-19 Virtual Clinic will connect you to a provider by Video Visit who will determine if you require a COVID-19 test. This is recommended for people who do not have an established primary care physician (PCP) and who do not have emergency warning signs for COVID-19.

 

What to expect:

Step 1
Call Hawaii Pacific Health COVID-19 Virtual Clinic at (808)462-5430.
Step 2
Set up a Video Visit with a provider.
Step 3
Receive recommendations for care or an order for a COVID-19 test when clinically appropriate.

 


 

COVID-19 Virtual Monitoring Program

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, we are here to support your recovery through monitoring, education, and communication.

 

What to expect:

Step 1
You will be required to quarantine or self-isolate.
Step 2
Speak with your Hawaii Pacific Health Primary Care Provider and you may receive a COVID-19 Care Package with:
  • Important information to read
  • A notebook
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Masks
  • Our assurance that we are here to help
Step 3
Work with our staff to determine the best way to track your daily health. This may include:
  • Routine phone calls
  • Video consultations
  • Home visits
  • The “Care Companion” smartphone application

While most people with COVID-19 do not become seriously ill, by monitoring your symptoms and vital signs closely, we can help you get the care you need quickly if it becomes necessary.
