At Hawaii Pacific Health, the health and safety of our patients, visitors, care providers and staff is our top priority.

Effective Wednesday, March 18, Straub satellite walk-in clinics at Hawaii Kai, Mililani, Pearlridge, and Doctors on Call at the Hilton Hawaiian Village will be closed until further notice. Primary care services at these clinic locations will still be available.

The Straub King Street walk-in clinic will remain open as well as urgent care locations at Doctors on Call at the Sheraton Waikiki, Ward Village and Kapolei. At this current time, the Ward Avenue entrance for the Straub Medical Center - King Street Clinic is closed. Access to clinics is available through the King Street entrance. Please check in at the Visitor Center for a badge. We apologize for the inconvenience.

At Kapi‘olani, the Pediatric After-Hours Walk-In Clinic will remain open.

We understand accidents and illnesses happen without warning. Our urgent care and walk-in clinics provide quick and easy access for patients that may not need to visit an emergency room, but can't wait until the next day to see a primary care physician.

In addition, our walk-in clinics provide routine medical care close to home, including primary care, women's care, men's care, lab testing, x-rays and more.

Services vary by location. For more information, call 1-808-949-WELL (9355).

Urgent care and walk-in clinics are not a substitute for emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911

At Kapiolani Medical Center, we understand that illnesses and injuries can happen quickly, especially when children are involved. To help meet the growing needs of our families and community, we now are offering accessibility to acute pediatric non-emergent after-hours care for infants, children and teens up to age 18 years.

The Pediatric After-Hours Walk-In Clinic is located on the third floor of the Diamond Head Tower. Hours of operation are from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and from noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. Please note that not all situations are appropriate for walk-in care.

If your child requires a well-child exam or has special health care needs, please schedule with your Primary Care Provider during their office hours. If your child is experiencing a potentially life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or immediately go to the nearest emergency department.
