As always Dr. Cho is the best physician in Hawaii

May 6, 2025

Entire clinic staff was very friendly and helpful. Walked me to the exam room and then exit, rather than pointing the way.

It took us almost 9 months to make an appointment and an hour wait at the waiting area to see Dr. John Cho but worth the wait. Thanks!

Apr 7, 2025

Wait to see provider over an hour.

Apr 7, 2025

Staff should introduce themselves after they call the patients and take into the room.at least say their names. I know they're wearing badge but most of the time we can't see their names.

My entire experience was excellent! I was scheduled to have surgery at a different hospital. My primary care physician felt it was best for me to get a second opinion. After my referral was sent, Dr. Cho's office called me and they were able to schedule me the following week. While there, Dr. Cho and his staff were so compassionate, informative, and caring. Long story short, Dr. Cho said I did not need to have surgery and he could do the procedure in his office. I am so happy I saw Dr. Cho and his team! Thank you so much.

Great experience with my doctor and his staff

Mar 18, 2025

I feel that Dr Cho is a very skilled and caring doctor. I also feel that he might have an overload of patients which makes getting an appointment difficult. I have an ear infection and sinus infection and impaired (collapsed?) eustachian tubes that he mentioned there might be a procedure to help me be ABLE TO BREATHE better. I feel like I have serious problems trying to get air flow into my ears even with a tube in one ear. I am depressed because of my problems and I hope that Dr Cho can help me overcome my current condition. This is negatively impacting my quality of life.

Feb 24, 2025

staff is always cordial and courteous as is the doctor. Polite and Respectful, for the many years being a patient, Dr. Cho and staff have always been kind and patient with courtesy. Could be that I am an easy going person and respectful as well to the staff and physician checking on me for my maintenance check. Great staff with dedication to their profession.

Feb 19, 2025

I was disappointed to have to wait 45 minutes to see my provider. However, Dr. Cho is friendly, patient and explains things very well.
