Straub's clinical laboratories provide a full range of services for both inpatients and outpatients at its King Street location.
The satellite clinic labs at Pearlridge, Hawaii Kai, Kailua, Kaneohe, Mililani and King Street provide basic lab services.
Under the direction of board-certified pathologists, laboratory staff provide chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, coagulation, microbiology, blood-banking, serology, cytology and histology services. In addition, Straub's pathologists provide evaluation of surgical biopsies, cytology smears and autopsy slides. Straub's laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists and have federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) certification.

Wilcox Health lab services include a full-service clinic and pathology lab at Wilcox Memorial Hospital and a draw station at the main Kauai Medical Clinic in Lihue.
The hospital lab is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is on the ground floor of the hospital next to the emergency room. The Kauai Medical Clinic draw station is available for blood drawing and specimen drop off on the first floor of the main clinic.
