Excellent experience. I arrived at 1:40 even though my Chart said to arrive at 2:05, but I didn't see the nurse/doctor until 2:40. I know I arrived early but it would be nice to have been seen more for a quick yearly check up.
Appreciated very much that they were able to see me the same day I called. And I told Dr. J Nakata this. This was my first visit with her to check a nagging cough with congestion i had for 14 days. I took two test covid and strep. They called me later that day for the neg result and prescribe my antibiotics and inhaler for the bronchitis. Dr. J Nakata and her office are very professional. It was a nice experience.

My New Doctor is very thoughtful and informative.
Need access to PCP when I am sick or hurt . Waiting for access to be seen 4-6 weeks IS NOT acceptable and frustrating. JUST CHARGE patients MORE to be seen or NEGOTIATE with HMSA for higher provider reimbursements.
