EpicCare Link

EpicCare Link is a secure web-based portal that connects you to information stored in our electronic health record for your referred and admitted patients.

As your patients receive care from us, we will send you notifications and updates. You will have the information you need to plan your patient's ongoing care and they will feel better knowing that you are up to speed on all the care they receive.

With EpicCare Link You Can:

  • Gain secured read-only access to patient information from within Hawaii Pacific Health’s electronic health record such as progress notes, lab results, discharge instructions, consult notes, and other portions of your patient’s Epic record.
  • Maintain continuity of patient care with your patients.
  • Securely send HIPAA-compliant messages, imaging orders, and electronic referrals.

It’s All Online – No Software to Install

With EpicCare Link, there is no longer a need to request records to be faxed or mailed. This online portal provides secure, convenient access to patient information through your online browser – when and where you need it. Your access is easy to set up and there’s no software or hardware to maintain, so you can concentrate on caring for your patients.
