Making an appointment was very difficult. I tried calling three times and the recording said the office was closed. Even the operators tried to help. When I finally got through I had to wait 40 minutes before someone answered. I did though get an appointment that day which was amazing.
Friendly staff from the receptionist to the nurses and the Doctors. Dr. Kaiser is absolutely amazing. She asked me questions about my health and even though I told her some stuff on my body's been there for a while, she went on and scheduled me some appointments at what she recommended. I can tell she really cares for her patients and their health. I can't wait to see what else I have in store with her and the rest of the staff.
I was hesitant at first to see Dr. Kaiser as I wanted a gynecologist with experience with menopause symptoms. My prior provider, while being a woman, was dismissive of my symptoms, and I felt frustrated. After meeting and speaking with Dr. Kaiser, my fears were allayed. Not only did I feel comfortable and hopeful, I felt heard. She listened to my concerns, laid out a clear plan of action, and took her time. I didn't feel rushed as I do in so many doctor?s appointments. She prescribed a patch for HRT, and called in the prescription so quickly that I was able to pick it up the same day. She was honest and down-to-earth. I am so glad I took a chance and came to see her. Immediately after my appointment, I called my sister and daughter and told them to make the switch.
This was my first visit. Dr. Samantha Kaiser washed her hand with sanitizer. The staff didn't touch me to wash their hands. I know they're short staff per recording when attempted to call for appointment but it took awhile but when I did get through it was good. Because the doctor was with another patient 1/2 hour longer, when I went to pay parking it wasn't $4 what I was told it was $6.
Everyone was so helpful and I felt that I was in good hands!

Best experience I've ever had with an OBGYN. I am Naturally nervous about doctor visits, especially OBGYN. But Dr. KAISER made me immediately feel comfortable. She was so nice, attentive, thorough and understanding.

She communicated in a manner that was empathetic, non-judgmental, and centered around my preferences. Although this was my first appointment with Dr. Kaiser, I already feel a great deal of trust being in her care.

Dr. Kaiser is AMAZING!!! Never have I been to a doctor this spectacular!! I feel like I come across many doctors who seem to be rushing and not getting to know their patients as a whole. Here with Dr. Kaiser, was NOT the case at all. She was so welcoming, made me feel so comfortable, and made the whole experience wonderful. She also sent me a sweet follow up message. I am so so grateful that I found her and she is going to do amazing things. I can't wait to see her next year!!
Dr. Kaiser was amazing! She was very personable and very easy to talk to. I appreciated her approachability and professional demeanor. Even though this was a routine yearly exam, I felt like she was attentive and well informed of my medical history. I would highly recommend her!
