I made an appointment, but the next day the office called and said I had to reschedule. So I pushed myself a bit and rescheduled the appointment. We had to wait a long time for my daughter to get her shot. I understand that it may be because there are many patients and they are busy. I am satisfied with other aspects.
In emergency room waiting time to c a doctor is always very long for baby patients and families who brought them there sometimes over many hours need more doctors in emergency room+rooms
i would like to say, to all the care team are nice, kind and approachable, keep it up the good work! Very well appreaciated! Thank you.
Maureen told us she refused to be our doctor and told us to find another hospital. All we asked is if the labs could be told to us over the phone rather than having to take the time to have an in-person visit. She told us if we don't want to schedule our next visit in person, we have to find another pediatrician. So I would rate her service and very poor. We would not be recommending your hospital to other parents.
Wait time after check in was long. Appointment was at 2pm checked in at 1:45pm but to be seen was 20 mins after appointment time.
Need aC IN ROOMS & more Improve on time
I appreciate the doctors working with my son
Doctors and nurses was so kind and listen to us but the wait time is so long.
For your next patient, it is important you explain what you're going to do before you do it and prepare the child. Show compassion and be playful.
