Dr Baldauf took the time to listen and assess. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable.

My primary Doctor was sick today, thus I was rescheduled to Dr. Ashley Baldauf because I was flying in from a neighbor island. I was very happy that the receptionist was able to reschedule me because I didn't want to waste a flight. I enjoyed meeting and Speaking Dr. Ashley and it was a great pleasure to meet with her.
Mahalo to the Straub Pearlridge team for being so efficient in getting me a last minute appointment and not making me feel rushed. Everyone from check in to discharge was kind and even thanked me for my time or for using the MyChart portal. Really appreciated the care and genuine concern that Dr. Baldauf expressed towards me, always a good visit here.
After we dropped off the physical form, the follow up was prompt. The office staff was efficient and friendly. I was impressed with the Doctor because she is very accommodating with my schedule and she spoke slowly and clearly so i could understand everything since English is my second language and she is patience and understanding.
I loved Dr Baldauf. She was very thorough and listened to me! I feel well taken care of. She addressed all my concerns, recommended lab tests for my problems. The whole staff was exceptional

My video visit with Ashley baldauf DO went really good. She was easy to talk to, explained things so I would understand and answered questions that I had. The visit was to mainly explain recent blood test results and she went further by explaining how to improve test results through the foods I eat. She had a very positive and encouraging manner. I will be trying the DASH diet she recommended.

It was nice to get a Doctor Who is local. Her nurse was very nice too. I like the fact that they didn't judge me on a simple number scale. Definitely hope I can schedule my next visit with her. Thank you
