HPH is committed to privacy and security. HPH is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) as a Level 4 merchant. PCI DSS is the bankcard industry's most stringent security standard. Examples of HPH's security measures include: physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards; security monitoring tools; documented security policies; use of strong encryption for transmissions of data to and from HPH Customers; restricted access of personally identifiable information; and, periodic security audits by third party security experts.
HPH will use only third party service providers to store, process, or transmit cardholder data on behalf of HPH that are PCI DSS compliant and are contractually bound to secure cardholder data.
A designated Information Security Officer has been assigned to ensure that the policy and the security practices of HPH are enforced and updated, as needed.
Cardholder Data Storage Policy
HPH is committed to protecting Cardholder Data by complying with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
It is HPH’s policy not to capture, process, transmit or store Cardholder Data over the HPH computer network.
HPH will only use Gateway and Service Providers of ecommerce websites that are certified to be PCI DSS compliant.
