2026 Getting Stuff Done - Session 1

OFFERING INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE - This offering is available to Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) employees and credentialed physicians.

This offering aims for sustained success for quality improvement projects for patient safety, "choosing wisely" and resource utilization.


OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
1. Apply quality and process improvement theory and application in our healthcare system.
2. Utilize analytic methods to understand whether changes made led to desired improvement.
3. Implement techniques in project planning and implementation for sustained gains.
4. Apply team leadership approaches to manage and continuously improve outcomes in health care delivery.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for 5.0 contact hours for nurses. Nurses should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
