This offering aims for sustained success for quality improvement projects for patient safety, "choosing wisely" and resource utilization.
OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
1. Apply quality and process improvement theory and application in our healthcare system.
2. Utilize analytic methods to understand whether changes made led to desired improvement.
3. Implement techniques in project planning and implementation for sustained gains.
4. Apply team leadership approaches to manage and continuously improve outcomes in health care delivery.
