This program is focused on familiarizing participants with Hawaii Pacific Health operations through inclusion of seminars on a variety of healthcare and leadership topics, in an effort to provider the highest quality service to patients.
Objectives:
1. Describe Hawai‘i Pacific Health strategic priorities and align efforts with those priorities.
2. Describe applying an algorithm to evaluating projects in terms of their value and probability of success.
3. Identify ways to create awareness of common roadblocks to productivity and apply tools and techniques to manage them.
4. Describe applying practical tools and techniques to manage time, promote wellbeing and achieve healthy work/life integration.
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
