Improve how you move! Learn agility exercises to improve coordination, reaction, stability and balance. Fun drills and movements that challenge your skills and give you a real boost mentally, as well as physically. Open to all levels, exercises can be modified. Led by exercise physiologist Marcie Nowack.
In Person Classes
Our Virtual Age-ility will be held through a video conference call. A link will be sent to the email provided during registration.
You will need exercise bands, free weights and a tennis ball. Exercise bands can be purchased through the instructor and picked up at Kapi‘olani Women’s Center front desk. If a series has already begun, we welcome you to join the remaining classes by calling our Hawai‘i Pacific Health Contact Center at 808-527-2588.
