Need to build muscle and strength, but don't want to go to the gym? Learn a training routine using exercise bands and hand weights to increase muscle strength of upper and lower body. Led by exercise physiologist Marcie Nowack.
In Person Classes
Our Virtual Strength Training will be held through a video conference call. A link will be sent to the email provided during registration.
You will need exercise bands and free weights. Exercise bands can be purchased through the instructor and picked up at Kapiolani Women’s Center front desk. If a series has already begun, we welcome you to join the remaining classes by calling our Hawaii Pacific Health Contact Center at 808-527-2588.
While mobile devices are capable, please keep in mind that viewing the class on a desktop computer or laptop will produce the best result.
