This course is intended to update Practitioners in the recognition and management of common pediatric infections with the ultimate goal of decreasing the use of antimicrobials.

Objectives:
1. Recognize how to answer common parental concerns regarding management of common pediatric infections and be familiar with current treatment regimens.
2. Identify and interpret the epidemiology, clinical features, prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis.
3. Formulate the differential diagnosis and management plan for children presenting with dermatological manifestations of infections.
