This offering prepares colleagues to face the next challenge, understand their own change cycle and help others identify and work through their challenges with change.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop an effective plan for supporting oneself and the team to manage the emotional aspects and human dynamics of the change process.
2. Manage resistance to change by utilizing the Change Cycle in action during change initiatives.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
