OFFERING INFORMATION:
This offering is for Hawai'i Pacific Health (HPH) colleagues and Credentialed Clinicians only. Mahalo.

This is a 2-part offering aims to create a more inclusive and engaged workplace. Part 1 is a pre-recorded video. Part 2 is a live in-person class.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Create a healthy work environment where people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and strengths can productively work together.
2. Address various biases and microaggressions that can occur in the workplace.
3. Implement strategies that promote psychological safety and belonging in the workplace.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for 2.0 contact hours for nurses. Nurses should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This activity is accredited for 2.0 contact hours for attendance at the entire CE session.

Log onto the Healthstream Learning Center (HLC). Search for the course via the course catalog. Select the HPH Leadership course version and enroll.
Please note - you must complete the pre-recorded parts to be able to register for the live in-person class.
