Managing Change, Leading Transitions-Understanding the People Side of Change

OFFERING INFORMATION:
This offering prepares colleagues to face the next challenge, understand their own change cycle and help others identify and work through their challenges with change.

This offering is for Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) colleagues and HPH credentialed physicians only.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop an effective plan for supporting oneself and the team to manage the emotional aspects and human dynamics of the change process.
2. Manage resistance to change by utilizing the Change Cycle in action during change initiatives.
