Prioritization and Capacity Management

OFFERING INFORMATION
This class is meant to provide support to Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) colleagues to prioritize their wellbeing for the best personal and patient experience outcomes.

This class is for HPH colleagues and credentialed physicians only.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Review the Prioritization and Capacity Management (P&CM) philosophy.
2. Collaborate with team members to hone the tenets of efficient work and life integration.


CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for physicians. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.0 for nurses. Nurses should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
