OFFERING INFORMATION:
This offering will provide an in-depth examination of the pathophysiology and management of hypersensitivity reactions in the oncology setting.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Distinguish between infusion-related reactions (IRR) and anaphylaxis.
2. Compare and contrast the four types of hypersensitivity reactions.
3. Identify the pathophysiologic process of drug-related hypersensitivity reactions.
