OFFERING INFORMATION:
This course enables leaders to identify how they and their teams may respond to change, to enable a strategic, more effective approach to leading and managing change.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop an effective plan for supporting oneself and the team to manage the emotional aspects and human dynamics of the change process.
2. Manage resistance to change by utilizing the Change Cycle in action during change initiatives.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Registration is done in the HPH Learning Center (HLC).
