Target Audience: Physicians /Nurses / Pharmacists
This activity is intended for employees of Hawai‘i Pacific Health, including non-employees who have credentialed privileges within HPH.

Learning Objectives: At the conclusion, participants should be able to:
1. Apply the diagnosis, treatment and management of the presented breast cancer cases to practice.
2. Provide multi-disciplinary consultative services to breast cancer patients.
3. Implement current national guidelines for breast cancer.

For Physicians we are offering CME
Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit (s) TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

For Nurses we are offering ANCC Contact Hours
Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for 1.0 contact hour for nurses. Nurses should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

For Pharmacists we are offering Continuing Education Credits
