OFFERING INFORMATION:
Clinicians are faced with evolving methods and standards of care. This may pose a challenge between scientific research and clinical practice. This offering will address these challenges and update clinicians on methods and standards of care.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Define Addiction Recovery Management, S.U.D. post-treatment support and Recovery-Oriented Systems
of Care (ROSCs).
2. Create individualized care plans for persons in SUD recovery drawing from concepts of Recovery
Management & Professional Health Programs.
3. Describe three ways safety planning and risk management can assist persons in SUD recovery from
avoid relapse and improve functioning.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
