TARGET AUDIENCE:
The purpose of the Straub Grand Rounds is to provide an ongoing forum for clinicians to enhance their diagnostic, clinical and treatment skills.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Apply the definition of an inter-professional team and how it can help in breaking bad news.
2. Describe Prospect and Fuzzy Trace Theories and how these impact medical decision making.
3. Apply SPIKES, NURSE, and other cognitive road map tools to guide advance care planning
discussions.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
