TARGET AUDIENCE:
This activity is intended for employees of Hawai'i Pacific Health only, including non-employees who have credentialing privileges within HPH.


OFFERING INFORMATION:
This conference is intended for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals who are interested in engaging generations in the workplace.


OBJECTIVES:
1. Become a piece of the whole puzzle in making our HPH Mission a reality.
2. Effectively engage the key general characteristics of the four generations in the workplace.
3. Apply the Human-Business Model and Active Listening in interactions at work.
4. Develop an action plan for developing the concept and skills learned in this class.


CONTINUING EDUCATION:
In support of improving patient care, Hawai‘i Pacific Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit (s) ™ for Physicians and for 3.0 contact hours for Nurses. This activity is assigned Universal Activity Number (UAN) 0587-0000-18-003-L04-P and is accredited for 3.0 hours for Pharmacists for attendance at the entire CE session.
