Core Training - 6 Week Series

Strong core muscles of the abdomen and back help maintain posture, reduce strain on the spine and keep the body stable and balanced. Strengthen your core muscles in various ways using your body weight and stability ball or foam roller. Led by exercise physiologist, Marcie Nowack.
