At Straub Benioff Medical Center, our priority is to provide safe, high-quality care for patients and families while supporting active participation in care decisions. We are here to support each patient and family and help make every visit as comfortable as possible.
Visiting Hours
Visiting Hours and Guidelines
General visiting hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily.
Family and friends are welcome to visit and support patients during their stay. Visiting hours may vary in special care units, such as the intensive care and burn care units. Please check with a member of the care team.
Under special circumstances, a family member or support person may be permitted to stay after visiting hours. For visits with children under 12, please check with the care team in advance.

Public Parking
The entrance to the Straub Benioff parking garage is located off South King Street. The garage is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- $5 for the first two hours
- $7 for 2-4 hours
- $11 for 4-8 hours
- $25 for 8-24 hours
- $25 for lost tickets.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available in the patient drop-off zone at the medical center main entrance off South King Street.
Valet parking costs $10 and is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Straub Benioff Café
Hours
Monday-Friday: 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday: 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Sunday: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
The Straub Benioff Café offers patients, visitors, and staff a welcoming place to enjoy a variety of freshly prepared meals and snacks, seven days a week. Explore the menu and daily specials available.
Coffee Kiosk
Located outside the medical center's main entrance, the coffee kiosk offers a selection of coffee, tea, sandwiches, pastries, and light snacks. Open five days a week.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are available on the first floor near the Café, offering a variety of snacks, beverages, and quick treats.

Inpatient Room Amenities
Patient rooms at Straub Benioff Medical Center are private and located on floors three through six. The medical center also includes two intensive care units on the second floor.

Pet therapy services are available at Straub Benioff Medical Center. Please ask your care team if you are interested.
Spiritual Care
Spiritual Care
Spiritual care services are available to support patients and their families during their stay. A hospital chaplain is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Please call 808-522-4763 for assistance, or ask your care team to help arrange a visit.
In urgent situations, chaplain services are available at any time through your care team or the hospital operator at 808-522-4000.

Outpatient Pharmacy
The Straub Benioff Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy is located on the first floor and offers prescription and over-the-counter medications for patients and the public.
Gift Shop
Gift Shop
Purchase flowers, balloons, gifts, cards, and other items at the Gift Shop, located on the first floor near the Café.

Lost and Found
Lost and found items are managed by Straub Benioff Security at the entrance to the Emergency Department. Please bring a valid ID when reporting or picking up items.
Patient Relations
Patient Relations can assist with questions, concerns, or feedback about your care experience. The office is located on the first floor on the South Hotel Street side of the hospital.

An ATM is located on the first floor near the Security Desk, facing South Hotel Street.

Pay phones are available throughout the facility. A text telephone (TTY) for individuals who are hearing impaired is located near the pay phones on the first floor, next to the Security Desk.
