Biography and Interests
Biography
Dr. Durkin is Section Chief for Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Division of HPH Medical Group. He completed his residency in orthopedics at UCSF and went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center in Georgia. Dr. Durkin also received advanced training in hip preservation at Boston Children’s Hospital. He has a special interest in hip preservation in children, adolescents, and young adults, pediatric sports medicine, growth modulation and surgical correction of extremity deformity, and musculoskeletal trauma in children.
