Biography
Nicole Hodgeboom, CPNP-PC, APRN, was born in Tacoma, Washington and grew up in Southern California. She has been working with children and families for over 18 years as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Prior to moving to O‘ahu, Nicole was one of the pediatric nurse practitioners for the pediatric neurosurgery team at Stanford Children’s Health. In this position, she was the epilepsy surgery lead and participated in the multidisciplinary Spina Bifida clinic. Nicole has also worked as pediatric nurse practitioner, at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, San Francisco with the pediatric liver transplant service and the pediatric pain and palliative care team. Nicole is passionate about helping pediatric patients with neurological conditions live their best life.
Professional Interests
Epilepsy, pre and post neurosurgical interventions, headaches/migraines, ADHD and tics.
Personal Interests
When Nicole is not working you can find her in the snorkeling or diving for shells with her soon to be husband, trying her hand at various crafts or gardening.
