Dr. Lencinas was born in Cordoba, Argentina. He attended the National University of Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina. Dr. Lencinas completed his residency training at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York. After his residency, Dr. Lencinas completed internal medicine practice in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
