Dr. Cowan completed medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences
Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas and her pediatric residency at the UC
Irvine School of Medicine/Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Orange, California.
She joined Hawaii Pacific Health as a neonatal hospitalist at Kapiolani Medical
Center for Women and Children.
