Sound quality was not good, so doc had to call me back on the phone.
Dr. Shimizu-Saito is great. She's knowledgeable in her field. She's pleasant and understanding. I really appreciate having her as my pulmonary doctor.

Saw me as soon as I arrived which was nice I didn't have to wait long at all.
I was to take an X-ray today, however no instructions that it was in another building. After waiting for 20 minutes, asked again and then referred to main building. At the X-ray site, very accommodating when I told them my late dilemma and that my pick up was waiting. Thank you.dh
Dr. Shimizu-Saito is very caring and knowledgable. She knew my history and previous medications and recommended treatment best for me. She provided careful instructions and arranged a follow-up appointment and tests.
