Dr. Raymond Wee's goal is to make sure his patients have a good experience when they visit him. He takes the time needed to explain the disease and treatment to his patients. During this process, he makes sure the patient is involved in the discussion and that they understand their options. Dr. Wee doesn’t think any experience in the doctor’s office should be feared; rather, he wants every patient’s experience to be as pleasant as possible. He puts an emphasis on minimizing the time his patients wait, he has a friendly and engaging staff, and they do all they can to make their patients' experience positive.
