Biography
Dr. Kuba is a local girl who is happy to be back home to provide orthopaedic services to the people of Hawaii. She feels blessed to have trained with leading experts in her field and hopes to bring that same level of care to her patients. She is a proud graduate of Moanalua High School and is honored to serve as their team physician. Dr. Kuba completed her medical school education at Tufts University in Boston, MA. She then did an orthopaedic residency here at John A. Burns School of Medicine, where she completed an additional research year that allowed her to present and publish the important findings coming out of our state. She went on to complete two fellowships to provide subspeciality training in pediatric sports medicine. Her first fellowship was in pediatric orthopaedics at Seattle Children's Hospital. She then did an orthopaedic sports medicine and advanced arthroscopy fellowship at the Kaiser Permanente in Orange County, CA. Dr. Kuba sees both pediatric and adult patients at Children's Orthopaedics of Hawaii.
