Confused with echeck in and in person check in. Do I need to do both and also answer to echeck in if I am there? If I do echeckin I am thinking that I don't need to stand in line, correct? Just sit and wait instead? So frustrating doing both at each visit. There are two lines at the front desk. One for echeck in and the other for in person. Makes me think I gotta check in one of them. Just need clarification and education. Thank you in advance to replying to this.

The checkin staff and medical assistants are wonderful!

Mar 18, 2025

Doctor was focused on lab test results. I would have appreciated more personal interest in me as a person not so much as a patient.

We appreciate Dr. Wu and his staff for helping to make us (esp. my father) feel at ease. They patiently explain things to make sure he feels at ease.

Very professional

Very little hands on in checking patient like listening to chest for heart and lungs and looking for other obvious signs of swelling and skin integrity etc. barely listens to lungs and probably relies on labwork to indicate possible health issues. This must be the way medical school promotes health care to be. I'm Old fashioned and used to good hands on assessment and examination. Perhaps doctors rely on patient complaining of pain or other issue to hone in on area of concern.

The doctor's assistant provided great care, as well.

Getting an appointment when I need it can be quite challenging. I inquired about whether scheduling online versus over the phone made a difference, and I was informed that it all depends on availability. I scheduled my most recent appointment back in January, and when I arrived, I had forgotten the original reason for my visit. Fortunately, I was feeling unwell, so I was able to address that instead. Other than that, the doctor is really good, but it's hard to get an appointment with him. That's my only problem.
