Hawai‘i Pacific Health Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run

Sunday, May 15, 2022

The Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run is Hawaii's premier women's race. A celebration of fitness and good health, the race features a 5K Fun Run, 10K and virtual 10K. It's an all-women’s affair, and all ages and experience levels are welcome. You'll be at home whether you are an experienced runner in your 100th race or you're stepping up to the start line for the first time.

We're hopeful we will be able to cheer for everyone crossing the finish line in person. We have every intention of putting on a live event. However, should it be determined to be not in the best interest of the participants and the community, we will convert from an in-person race to a virtual event instead.

What is a virtual event? A virtual event allows participants to complete the race on their own. You will run, jog or walk the race distance at your own pace and at a time and location of your choosing. You choose your own race day and your own starting line, whether it’s a treadmill, a park or your neighborhood street.

What is the distance of the course? The Virtual Women’s 10K is 10 kilometers, or approximately 6.2 miles.

Will it be a set course? The in-person route is 6.2 miles around Diamond Head and Triangle Park. For a virtual race, participants will choose their own route.

Do I have to run the virtual race? No. You can choose to complete your race outdoors by walking or running or indoors by use of a treadmill.

Will there be results? Yes! Results are submitted by the participants. You can use any app or device to track your run.
