Brooke Adachi, RD, received her Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition with an emphasis in dietetics from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She completed her dietetic internship with the Sodexo Distance Dietetic Internship program in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Brooke was born and raised on Oʻahu and enjoys paddle boarding, fashion, line dancing, listening to live music, going to the beach and Kāneʻohe sandbar, and spending time with family and friends.
Lianne Stephanos, RD, received her Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition with an emphasis in dietetics from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, as well as a Master of Science in clinical nutrition from New York University. She also completed the Sodexo Distance Education Dietetic Internship program in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Lianne grew up in Honolulu and enjoys surfing, going to the beach, listening to podcasts, traveling, trying new foods, cooking, running, coffee, and playing the violin.
Jasmin Wachendorf, RD, received her Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition and master's degree in public health nutrition from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She also completed a master's degree in exercise physiology with an emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation from Marshall University. Jasmin enjoys a balanced life with her family by hiking, biking, swimming in the ocean, and kayaking.
