Should baby sleep on their stomach or their back? Should we put bumper pads in the crib? This instructor-led class will answer these questions and more.

This class is designed to educate grandparents and caregivers on the latest updates and current findings on how to care for a newborn. Topics include:

  • Updated baby care basics.
  • Safety guidelines.
  • Car seats.
  • Baby care basics (information on feeding, bathing, swaddling, safe sleep positions).
  • Infant CPR.

Registration includes one book and Infant CPR Anytime Kit. Up to two people are invited to attend each in-person class.
