Quality of Care
A not-for-profit medical center, Wilcox Medical Center is a 72-bed acute care facility in Līhu‘e with a full suite of services offering 30 specialties and programs. It is the largest medical center on Kauaʻi and serves as the island's Primary Stroke Center. Wilcox also is the first American College of Surgeons-verified Level III Trauma Center in the state of Hawaiʻi.
Kauaʻi Medical Clinic is the island’s only multispecialty medical group. Nearly 100 providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in ‘Ele‘ele, Kapa‘a, Koloa, and Līhu‘e. As part of Hawaiʻi Pacific Health Medical Group – Hawaiʻi Pacific Health’s employed provider group – Kauaʻi Medical Clinic welcomes visiting experts in fields such as endocrinology, neurology, and rheumatology, helping to expand access to specialty care on Kauaʻi.
Kauaʻi Medical Clinic also offers an urgent care clinic in Līhu‘e to provide the community timely medical care during evening and weekend hours.
Together, they comprise Wilcox Health and are committed to offering patients compassionate care, quality services, and access to the latest advances in medical diagnosis and treatment so that Kauaʻi residents can receive the care they need right here at home.

Sustainability
Being a good steward of the environment is a responsibility Wilcox takes to heart. Wilcox invests in sustainable energy initiatives, such as electric car charging stations, and is home to one of the largest solar farms on Kauaʻi.
Energy cost savings from these projects are used to enrich patient services.
