Straub Benioff Medical Center – First Insurance Center Clinic

Parking for patients is available in the First Insurance Center parking lot.

1. The entrance to the First Insurance Center parking lot is located on Beretania Street, on the left side of the one-way street.
2. Turn left into the structure.
3. Please take a parking ticket. We will provide partial validation upon departure. 
4. If you park above the Lobby level, take the parking elevator to the lobby and exit the parking elevator.
5. You will see other elevators in the lobby. Please take the office elevators to the 7th floor.
6. Our offices are in Suite 700.
