How to Register
Online registration is now open until midnight on March 16, 2023.
In-person registration is available at packet-pick-up on March 17, 2023 from noon-6 p.m. and March 18, 2023 from noon-5 p.m.
On-site registration race day morning is available from 5-6 a.m.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2023.
Please note this is a women’s only race.
There is no age limit for participation in the Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 5K.
The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited. All registration fees and ancillary purchases are nonrefundable. All participants are required to show a government-issued photo ID upon pickup of their participant packet (bib number and timing device) at BOCA Hawaii or on race morning Sunday, March 19, during the scheduled hours. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Hawaii Pacific Health reserves the right to reject any entry. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your race number or entry to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such an act of nature, terrorist threat, act of war, etc. there will be no refunds. There are no exceptions.

You must bring a valid photo ID in order to pick up your race packet. All participants are required to pick up their own packet at the locations and during the hours listed above.
Late registration also will be offered race-day morning, March 19, at the Kapiolani Park bandstand between 5 and 6 a.m. Sign-ups will not be accepted after 6 a.m..
Results & Timing
Your race time is tracked using a device attached to your race bib. Race bibs must be worn on the front of your body and pinned to the outermost layer of clothing during the entire race to ensure your individual race number is visible to course officials. Do not bend your race bib or alter your race number.
