What time does the race start?
The HPH Women's 10K starts at 6:30 a.m.
The 5K Fun Run starts at 7 a.m.
Both races start and finish at Kapiolani Park.
An awards ceremony for the top finishers from each event is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. at the bandstand.

Will the Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run be held in person?
Yes, we are excited to return to an in-person format for our 45th annual event. We welcome female runners, walkers and other loyal participants of all ages to join us at Kapiolani Park Sunday, March 19, 2023.
We will also offer a virtual 10K option for participants who wish to complete the race on their own.

How do I register?
There are two convenient ways to register for the HPH Women's 10K & 5K Fun Run:
- Sign up online. Online registration closes at midnight March 16, 2023.
- Register in-person during packet pick-up and on race-day morning. Visit our Registration page for full details.

Where is the course?
The HPH Women's 10K & 5K Fun Run both start and finish at Kapiolani Park. Both courses take participants along the scenic oceanside of Diamond Head and through parts of the nearby Kahala neighborhood. See race information pages for course details and maps.
If you are participating virtually, you may choose your own course.

What do finishers receive?
HPH Women's 10K & 5K Fun Run participants will receive a rose, finisher's shirt and bag upon crossing the finish line. There also will be refreshments, activities, prize giveaways, health and wellness information and more at the finishers' area. An awards ceremony also will follow the race.
