The Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K brings together women of all ages in celebration of good health. Mothers and daughters, students, military and visitors make the Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K an annual tradition. This scenic 6.2-mile sanctioned race takes participants around Diamond Head and through Kahala, returning to Kapiolani Park for after-race festivities.  All 10K finishers will receive a rose, giveaway bag, race shirt and commemorative medal.  #HPHWomens10K

Parking Information
Be sure to allow plenty of time (45 minutes to an hour) between arrival and start time to walk to the packet pick-up area, use the restroom, check your gear and prepare for the race.

  • Parking is available at the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo and the neighborhood surrounding Queen Kapiolani Reginal Park; pay close attention to no parking signs, designated parking hours and meter details.
  • We strongly encourage carpooling, biking or taking public transportation.
  • Street closures will begin promptly at 6 a.m.

The awards ceremony will start at 8:30 a.m. at the bandstand. Participants will compete in the following age divisions and categories:

The top 3 finishers in each category will receive a commemorative award. All finishers will receive a commemorative medal.

Friends and family are welcome to come to the race, bring a motivational sign, and watch and cheer on participants! As always, please be respectful of private property and do not enter the race course. Pedestrians are permitted to cross the course at intersections where race officials are present to direct foot traffic.


Registration for the 2020 Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K opens Oct. 10, 2019!
Women’s 10K participants will receive a race bib with a chip timing technology at packet pick-up. All finishers will receive a finisher’s medal, official race shirt, giveaway bag, rose, access to post-race refreshments and more.

An online processing fee of 6.5% + $0.50 will be added to your registration.

Online registration closes at midnight on April 29, 2020.
Mail-in entries at $60 per person must be postmarked by April 27, 2020.
Race Day Registration will close at 6:15 AM.

Event Entry Requirements
There is no age minimum for participation in the Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K.

The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited. All registration fees and ancillary purchases are nonrefundable. All participants are required to show a government-issued photo ID upon picking up their own participant packet (bib number and timing device) at Boca Hawaii or on race morning Sunday, May 3rd, during the scheduled hours (no exceptions will be made).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that Hawaii Pacific Health reserves the right to reject any entry.Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your race number or entry to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such an act of nature, terrorist threat, act of war, etc. there will be no refunds.There are NO exceptions.


The Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K is a 6.2-mile sanctioned race, fully supported with top-notch volunteers and first aid stations along the route. The race begins promptly at 6:30 am at Kapi‘olani Park near the tennis courts and takes participants on a scenic route around Diamond Head and through Kahala, returning to Kapiolani Park for after-race festivities.





The Women’s 10K starts promptly at 6:30 a.m. The start line is located on Kalakaua Avenue near the Waikiki Aquarium. Look for pace signs to help you line up properly in the start corral – faster paces will be toward the front, and walkers and strollers in back so all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Restrooms are located near the tennis courts, and portable restrooms are located at Triangle Park on the course. Please be respectful to private property.

Race numbers are nontransferable and are nonrefundable. Bibs must be worn in the front by only the participant to whom it is assigned.
