Race registration will open on Oct. 10, 2019.
When does race registration close?
Online registration closes at midnight April 29, 2020.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 27, 2020.
On-site registration race-day morning will close at 6:15 a.m.
How can I edit my registrations?
You can edit your registration by visiting https://www.flpregister.com/464/search. You will be required to provide your first and last name, age on race day and the verification code that was sent to you with your registration confirmation email. Click the “Edit Registration” button and provide the verification code that was sent to you with your registration confirmation email to make updates to your registration. The deadline to make edits to your registration is April 27, 2020.
Can I switch from the 10K to another distance or transfer my entry to someone else?
Yes, registration may be switched to another distance, as long as there is still capacity for the event you are interested in switching to. The deadline to make edits to your registration online is April 27, 2020.
- Switching from a longer distance to a shorter distance: There is no fee to switch to a shorter distance. There are no refunds for the difference in price between the two distances.
- Switching from a shorter distance to a longer distance: You will be prompted to pay the difference in fee from the shorter distance to the current cost of the longer distance.
Can I defer my entry to the following year?
Deferrals are not permitted.
How do I know if I am registered?

If I plan to bring my children to walk the course, do they also need to register?
Yes, anyone participating in the Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run needs to be registered and a have a race bib. Children in strollers do not need to be registered for the event, but they will not be able to collect a medal at the finish line.
How can I make a change to my reservation information (i.e., misspelling, address change, email, T-shirt size, etc.)?

What is your refund policy?
Entry fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No exceptions.
Where is the event located?
The Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run starts and finishes at Queen Kapiolani Regional Park.
10K – This scenic 6.2-mile sanctioned race takes participants around Diamond Head and through Kahala, returning to Kapiolani Park for after-race festivities.
5K – Perfect for runners and walkers alike looking for a great weekend workout with family and friends, this 3.1-mile fun run loops once around Diamond Head and finishes back at Kapiolani Park for post-race festivities.

What do I need to bring to pick up my packet?
You MUST bring a valid photo ID to Packet Pick-Up, which is located at Boca Hawaii. All participants are required to pick up their own participant packet during scheduled hours.
What do I receive with my registration?
All race participants will receive the following at packet pick-up:
- Race bib with number and attached timing device (do not bend).
- Four pins to attach your bib to your shirt.
- Women’s 10K merchandise available for purchase.
Can I pick up my race bib on race day?
Yes. Packet pick-up will be available race-day morning and will be located at the bandstand. Packet pick-up will close promptly at 6:15 a.m.
Can someone else pick up my race packet on my behalf?
Individuals will NOT be able to pick up packets on behalf of others. Packets will NOT be mailed to participants.
What is the distance of the course?
The Women’s 10K course is 10 kilometers, or approximately 6.2 miles.
The Women’s 5K Fun Run course is 5 kilometers, or approximately 3.1 miles
What is the course time limit?
There is no course time limit. Slower runners may be asked to move to the sidewalk to finish the race. The finish line will remain open until all participants have finished the event.
What is the minimum age to participate in the Hawaii Pacific Women’s 10 and 5K Fun Run?

Can I participate with a stroller?
Yes, strollers are permitted in Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run.
Do teams of 3 have to run together?
No, teams of 3 do not have to run together.
Are skates, bikes or pets allowed on the course?
No, skates, bikes or pets are not allowed on the course.

How early should I plan to arrive on race day?
We recommend you arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the start of your race.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo and in the neighborhood surrounding Queen Kapiolani Regional Park; pay close attention to no parking signs, designated parking hours and meter details.
We strongly encourage carpooling, biking or taking public transportation.
Where do I wear my bib?
Bibs must be fastened to the front of your body on either your shirt or shorts/pants using the provided safety pins.
Do I have to run the entire time?
No, you may walk or run at any time during the race. Due to course time limits, Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K participants must be able to maintain a 20-minute-per-mile pace throughout the race.

Will there be food/drinks available on the course? At the finish line?
There will be multiple water stations along the course and at the finish line. Other complimentary drinks and fruit will be available at the Finish Festival.
Where do I get my finishers merchandise?
All Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run participants will receive a rose, giveaway bag, race shirt and commemorative medal at the Finish Festival, located at Queen Kapiolani Regional Park near the bandstand, just past the finish line.
Will there be an awards ceremony?
Yes, the awards ceremony will start at 8:30 a.m. at the bandstand.
