How to Register
Registration for the 2020 Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run opens Oct. 10, 2019! Participants will receive a race bib with a chip timing technology at packet pick-up. All finishers will receive a finisher’s medal, official race shirt, giveaway bag, rose, access to post-race refreshments and more.
An online processing fee of 6.5% + $0.50 will be added to your registration. Online registration closes at midnight on April 29, 2020. Mail in entries at $60.00 per person must be postmarked by April 27, 2020. Race Day Registration will close at 6:15 AM.
*Please note this is a women's only race.
Event Entry Requirements
There is no age minimum for participation in the Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run. The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited. All registration fees and ancillary purchases are nonrefundable. All participants are required to show a government-issued photo ID upon picking up their own participant packet (bib number and timing device) at Boca Hawaii or on race morning Sunday, May 3rd, during the scheduled hours (no exceptions will be made).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that Hawaii Pacific Health reserves the right to reject any entry.Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your race number or entry to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such an act of nature, terrorist threat, act of war, etc. there will be no refunds.There are NO exceptions.

Participant Packet Pick-up
All race participants will receive the following at packet pick-up:
- Race bib with number and attached timing device (do not bend)
- Four pins to attach your bib to your shirt
- Women’s 10K merchandise available for purchase
You MUST bring a valid photo ID to Packet Pick-Up, which is located at Boca Hawaii. All participants are required to pick up their own Participant Packet during scheduled hours.
Individuals will NOT be able to pick up Packets on behalf of others. Packets will NOT be mailed to participants.
The Women’s 10K course shares a Start Line with the 5K Fun Run and takes participants around Diamond Head with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and through beautiful neighborhood of Kahala, returning to Kapiolani Park for after-race festivities.
Fully-staffed aid stations are located near the midpoint of the Women’s 10K at Triangle Park, at the Diamond Head lookout on the return to Kapiolani park and at the finish line. For 5K Fun Run participants a fully staffed aid station is located just past the finish line at Queen Kapiolani Regional Park.
There are multiple water stations located along the course, including near the Diamond Head Lookout, at Triangle Park and the Finish Festival.
Restrooms are located near the tennis courts at the start line. Portable restrooms are located at Triangle Park, near the First Aid station.
Once runners cross the finish line of the Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run, they will receive a rose, collect their commemorative medal, finisher’s shirt, giveaway bag, water, fruit and other goodies will be available inside the Finish Festival where they can reunite with friends and family and enjoy the sponsor booths.
Enjoy post-race refreshments and other goodies at the Finisher Festival, located at Queen Kapiolani Regional Park near the bandstand, just beyond the finish line.
The Finish Festival is open to participants and spectators. Finish Festival will close at 10:30 a.m.

Results & Timing
The race is timed using a device attached to your race bib. Race numbers must be visible and worn on the FRONT of your outermost layer of clothing during the entire race. DO NOT BEND or alter your race number.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run. Several group volunteer roles are available throughout race weekend. Volunteer shifts are available on Saturday, May 2, for race setup and on Sunday, May 3, at the Finish Festival and for race breakdown. We appreciate your support and will open group volunteer registration in January 2020.
