Breastfeeding is not always easy. To prepare for breastfeeding, expectant couples are encouraged to sign up for our Infant Care class. The class covers:
- Lactation.
- Breastfeeding techniques.
- How babies nurse.
- Problem-solving techniques.
New parents should always feel comfortable asking for help and asking questions of their health care provider.
