Women can see an OB-GYN at any age for any gynecologic complaint. It is recommended an initial health screening be scheduled between 13-15 years of age as a general “meet and greet” session, unless there are specific issues.
Cervical cancer screening begins at age 21, unless you have a weakened immune system due to HIV/AIDs or are taking medication to suppress your immune system.
You can call your OB-GYN’s office as soon as you think you are pregnant to establish prenatal care.

Our OB-GYNs treat an array of conditions, including infertility, menopause, hormonal disorders, sterilization or termination of pregnancy, reproductive-related cancers and incontinence.
